1. Kielbasa (Very little saurkraut left)
2. Pasta with Italian Sausage (very little sauce left, no onion, only red pepper)
3. Ostrich burger (no side dishes, not feeling creative)
4. Tuna sandwich (no real mayo (only roommates 'miracle whip" or old, fake, mayo. no real bread, just sandwich thins)
5. Spanish/mexican rice-a-roni -- the good brown rice kind (no cheese, had small-grain based meal for lunch)
6. A Pickle, some Hummus, and a shot of aquavit (That was my post-practice snack)
7. Salt-free Tortilla Chips and Frank's Red Hot (actually... can't think of a reason why not, other than that's what I eat every night)
