List #580: 5 Thoughts on Library(/information) School

1. I learned a lot, but if I got to do it over again I'd work even harder
2. Some classes were amazing, a few were tedious and brutal
3. Librarians and pre-librarians are an interesting and diverse bunch
4. I'm proud of my degree and it was definitely worth it
5. I'm glad to have a job in my field (and to have paid-off grad-school loans)

1. 508: History of Recorded Information (maybe my favorite class ever)
2. 510: Information Behavior ( Trent made it cool)
3. 550: Information in Social Context (though my paper was not very good)

5. 5??: Digital Storytelling (though I could've done better... online classes aren't good for me)
