List #61: Personal Greatest Sports Achievements
List #61: Personal Greatest Sports Achievements/ Records
1. 9th inning Grand Slam to seal a victory for meand Jason over Jeff and Brendan in a midnight game of Wiffle Ball on the Bald Spot the night before Commencement.
2. Scoring the game winning goal in Chicago to give the Carleton Field Hockey team their first winning record in a tournament.
3. Winning a u-12 silver division soccer championship with the West End-Piedmont Wingers. Beating the other team from our club twice in a double elimination tournament (once in a shoot-out) to capture the title.
4. Making a diving/sliding through mud touchdown catch in PE touch football in 8th grade.
5. Scoring 3 goals in under a minute in IM floor hockey
6. Running a 5:27 mile on a treadmill
7. IM Water Polo in Junior High
8. 3 goals in the most recent GCS Faculty/Alumni/Varsity Field Hockey game
9. Bench Pressing my Bodyweight
10. Some kind of ridiculous double home-run in kickball (mostly against 7 year olds though)
Almost moments:
1) Making two key catches at Tight End in the GAME V on the failed comeback drive.
2) Missing a wide open net in overtime against the Twin Cities Field Hockey team. It would've been our first victory against them.
3) Carleton IM floor hockey team that went 26-2-1 over two seasons (both losses were championship games). I went on to lose two more IM Floor Hockey Championships and an IM Soccer championship.
4) probably a lot more.
