1. 15 second shot clock
2. Each team may only use 1 time out in the last 2 minutes of a half
3. Fouls in the last 2 minutes are automatic points for the other team OR the team shooting free throws in the last 2 minutes maintains possession regardless of the outcome of the free throw
4. Players committing fouls must be subbed out for 30 seconds
5. Add two rounds (plus 90 'play-in' games ) to the Spring Basketball Insanity tournament and make the round of 256 be unseeded.
