1. Cold Strawberry Soup
2. Salmon/Avocado/Chickpea/Lime with Udon
3. Peanut-Spinach stew
4. Hummus
Disasters:
1. Thai Turkey Soup
2. 95% of what I try to do with Plantains
3. Lamb Jerky
Near Disasters:
1. Breakfast Soup
2. Searing Tuna (Tuna is fine, but sometimes searing=gouts of flame)
3. Making Rice at the Hacienda Del Sol
